- Modification of Booking: Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to
availability and may incur additional charges. Date changes should be requested at least 7 days
prior to check-in.
- Refund Processing: Eligible refunds, if any, are processed through the original
payment mode and may take standard banking processing time.
- Force Majeure: In events beyond control (natural disaster, government
restrictions, acts of God), booking handling may be revised as per management policy.
